Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Joke Salami Designs. During checkout, enter your address and choose the “ship” option, then click on the "continue to shipping" button.

Local and international deliveries are available on all our items and to all locations.

JSD ships all our orders via [USPS/UPS/FedEx/DHL].

You will receive an email update with your tracking number once your order has shipped.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to track your order via your carrier of choice.

Once you receive your tracking number, please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking portal to update to know the status of your delivery.

Local Delivery

In-store purchases are processed within 24 hours while custom made orders are processed within 2-5 business days. Standard shipping typically takes between 2-8 business days, for destinations within the United States.

Shipping rates for Tees starts from $4.00

Shipping rates for Sweatshirts and Hoodies starts from $8.00

For orders above $50.00, shipping is free to any part of the US.

Please note that these prices are subject to change and may be revised from time to time.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Additionally, nationwide, and global shipping delays (such as those caused by COVID-19, holiday volumes, or inclement weather) may impact your estimated delivery date.

JSD will not be responsible for any additional fees that may incur to reroute or reship the package because of an error made while providing the shipping address.

International delivery

JSD offers standard shipping options to both domestic and international destinations. We ship to all destinations across the world using your carrier of choice.

International shipping rates are based on the rates of your carrier of choice which are determined by the weight / size and dimensions of order.

Once your order is shipped you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Keep in mind that we are not responsible for import/duty costs for deliveries outside of the USA.

Customs

The customer is responsible for all taxes and duties (including VAT) imposed by the country being delivered to.

JSD is not responsible for any packages held by international customs agencies, neither is it our responsibility to make the customer aware of these agencies and their actions. Please check with your country's customs office to determine their procedures and any potential charges. Your package may arrive at your local post office or delivery center and be held until pickup, and payment is taken care of.

If you neglect to pick up your package and it is returned to us, we will not refund the charge for original shipping.

If it is a custom piece and it is returned to us, you should contact us immediately to arrange reshipping as custom orders are final sale and we cannot refund you for the purchase.

Should JSD mistakenly be invoiced directly for any duties or fees from the shipping company after delivery, we will email an invoice for the balance due to the customer for onward payment.

As with domestic shipping, if a package can't be delivered due to an error entering your shipping address, JSD is not responsible for any additional fees that may incur to reroute or reship the package.
